Its time to clear out my studio of older pieces that still have not found a home. This is the first time I have had a studio sale and due to limited space for storage and a strong desire to see this artwork being enjoyed by others, I have opted for a sale of older items which no longer represent my current series with the goal of also raising funds to a worthwhile cause. 20% of the sale proceeds will be donated to the Canadian World Education Foundation (info below)  I will also ship the painting for free within North America 

Canadian World Education Foundatio is  a non-profit tax-exempt incorporated charitable organization (reg. 867535544RR0001) assigned by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). CWEF’s only goal is to provide financial assistance for the education of poor children in need, left helpless due to circumstances beyond their control.

Run and managed by volunteers, 100% of the donations contributed to CWEF reach the needy. Volunteers are pleased to serve this cause and follow Mahatma Gandhi’s saying ” To give pleasure to a single heart through a single act is better than a thousand heads bowed in prayer.”

It started by supporting children of 3 mothers in India. It aided 754 mothers for the education of their 881 children in 2012. Today, it also serves for the education of more than 200 children in Canada, Kenya, and Tanzania. CWEF received a helping hand from volunteers in London, Ontario, who organized themselves as CWEF London Council in 2009.
